Konekt Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Version: September 2026
Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Konekt has taken during the financial year ending 31 March 2026 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chains.
Konekt has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in any form.
We are committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Our Business
Konekt is a provider of software and services solutions operating in the UK and across Europe.
We work with:
• Technology vendors
• Channel partners
• Professional service providers
• Logistics and support suppliers
Our supply chain is primarily business-to-business and technology-focused.
Our Policies & Governance Framework
Konekt has implemented the following policies to mitigate the risk of modern slavery:
• Modern Slavery & Human Rights Policy
• Supplier Code of Conduct
• Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
• Fraud & Financial Crime Prevention Policy
• Whistleblowing & Protected Disclosures Policy
• Conflicts of Interest Policy
These policies establish clear behavioural and ethical expectations across our business and supply chain.
Risk Assessment
We recognise that modern slavery risks may arise within global supply chains, particularly where:
• Goods are manufactured overseas
• Labour-intensive services are involved
• Subcontracting arrangements are complex
Given the nature of our operations, primarily software, services and technology distribution, we assess our direct operational risk as low.
However, we remain vigilant regarding indirect supply chain exposure.
Due Diligence & Supplier Expectations
To mitigate risk, we:
• Require suppliers to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct
• Expect suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws
• Reserve the right to seek assurances regarding compliance
• Encourage suppliers to implement their own anti-slavery controls
We may undertake proportionate due diligence where risk indicators arise.
Reporting & Escalation
Konekt maintains a confidential whistleblowing channel.
Employees, suppliers and third parties are encouraged to report concerns relating to:
• Forced labour
• Human trafficking
• Exploitation
• Labour rights violations
Retaliation against those raising concerns in good faith is not tolerated.
Training & Awareness
We promote awareness of ethical business conduct through:
• Governance policies
• Leadership oversight
• Compliance communications
As our business grows, we will continue to evaluate appropriate training mechanisms.
Future Commitments
During the next financial year, we will:
• Continue reviewing supply chain risks
• Maintain oversight through Board-level governance
• Ensure policies remain aligned with legislative requirements
